We had to write to say a huge thank you to everyone at Chiltern.
You’ll never know how much youve helped us through this difficult time.
From the first phone call when I spoke to someone called Carlos, who Ive never forgotten, he was so kind, supportive and made us feel there is some help and it wasn’t our fault.
The relief after that call was life changing and thats before we even started to sort out our debt problems.
To be honest we’ve always come off the phone from Chiltern feeling reassured having always been helped and our questions answered.
The support, kindness and help we have received from Chiltern and MoneyPlus, who helped us re-mortgage to pay off most of our debts was out of this world.
